Trying out the slow motion capabilities of the Sony RX10 IV camera on the serpentine belt at the alternator and power steering pump on the C5 Corvette Z06. I wanted to see how well it would slow things out so I could inspect the belt as it moves on the pulleys.

I think this could be right handy at times. The 960 frames per second wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it might be. Just need enough light, I guess.

Well, if you ever wonder what people do for fun in Wakulla County, Florida, this will give you some idea. I believe this is what is called a "Pig Scramble". There was also a sort of show and grade for pork chops, ham, and bacon suitability earlier too.

The pigs were oiled up as were the hands and arms of off the people engaging in this contest, but it probably would have been more challenging if those pigs were hairless.

Maybe Connie and I will even go the the Sopchoppy Worm Grunting festival this Spring. No, I am NOT kidding about that festival name. Seriously, there are people around here who would actually put "Worm Grunter" on their resume.

It's unusual to see one of these little birds sitting still for more than just a few seconds, so this one seemed to be watching me as much as I was watching him. Then he grabbed a sunflower seed, and flew up to a branch in the fringe tree and worked at making a meal of it. Video taken with Sony RX10 IV in 4K.

Spent a few hours walking the beach on St. George Island. Took along the Sony RX10 iv camera and shot some 4K video and photos with it. All in all a nice day, but Connie and I did get some pink on our shoulders. Hadn't planned on being out there long, but you know how that goes when walking the beach just looking for shells and sand dollars.
