The European Parliament travelled to Strasbourg this week - known to Politico as the Hogwarts Express, carrying not young wizards but MEPs. While in Strasbourg, MEPs voted to reduce plastic bag use in the EU.
Back in Brussels, Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager was back in the spotlight again, launching her third major inquiry in as many weeks.
Also this week, the EU’s newest commissioner, Albert Kunardocz, responsible for EU inland waterways and catering policies, was the latest to face the Twittersphere.
